AXIS Ortho
Orthopedic program designed for children from 2 years of age and adults.
Indications:
- degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system such as spondylosis with radiculopathy in the cervical, thoracic or cervical region
- osteochondrosis of the spine and joints or arthrosis accompanied by functional impairment
- conditions following musculoskeletal injuries or surgery, including intervertebral disc surgery and joint replacement surgery, which are accompanied by impaired muscle strength or limited joint mobility (from 4-6 months after the injury or surgery)
- scoliosis of idiopathic and other aetiologies
- vertebrogenic syndrome with transient spinal pain, Scheuermann’s disease and other deforming dorsopathies
The aim of this rehabilitation program is to relieve the manifestations of pain syndromes, improve metabolic and regenerative processes in muscles, tendons, ligaments, articular cartilage, slow down the degenerative process of the spine and joints, correct posture, increase the range of motion in the joints and spine, improve physiological movement stereotypes, improve quality of life and social adaptation.
The duration of the course is from 2 to 4 weeks, a team of specialists works with the patient 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week.
