AXIS Cognitive
A comprehensive neurorehabilitation program designed for children ages 2 and up and adults.
Indications:
- Genetic syndromes accompanied by delays in psychomotor and speech development (Down syndrome, Patau syndrome, microdeletion syndromes: 1p36.33, 14q11.2 and Burnside-Butler syndrome, Cri du chat syndrome, Phelan-McDermit syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, etc.).
- autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit disorder (ADD syndrome), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD syndrome)
We help the patient to discover their potential and give them the opportunity to fully interact with the outside world, develop their cognitive function, self-care skills and improve their motor skills. The rehabilitation plan takes into account the individual characteristics of the child’s behaviour, the level of motor development, the development of speech and communication skills, the characteristics of the child’s preferences and the presence of motivating factors.
The duration of the course is from 2 to 4 weeks, a team of specialists works with the patient 4-5 hours a day, 6 days a week.
